Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Pulled over walking, running plates on parked car
I was stopped walking to work one day and given a ticket for expired inspection. I was told the officers had been running plates on legaly parked cars in a buisness district.
Is this even legal?

Why wouldn't it be? They must run over 100 plates a day.
