Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I have a question, I was envolved in a car accident where i was at fault for carelessness. However there was nobody present except me, I failed to stop and hit 2 parked cars plus some property damage. I have court in March around the same time as income tax returns. My question is, is the court allowed to take the money from my income tax to pay some of the damage I caused even though I'd prefer to be put on a payment plan? I really don't want them to do that...
