Racial Profiling

While a passenger during a motor vehicle stop, was harrassed and subsequently arrested for an outstanding warrant for a motor vehicle ticket. And after vocally expressing my opinion on why we were stopped, I received in the mail 2 weeks later 2 summunons for;

State of New Jersey

1. Violation #39:4-64 Throwing Objects from MV. $233.00

2. Violation #393-76 Failure to wearseat equipment-respo

Can I in some way, charge this officer with making out a false report?

Your question assumes that you will be vindicated on the charges. If I am reading your question correctly, I believe what you are saying is that none of the things that the officer said occurred and that in fact, you were only stopped because of your race.
