Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I received a speeding ticket for going 61 in a 40 mph. I have no other issues on my driving record. What will happen? How many points, etc? I was in Eatontown, NJ

it is a 4 point ticket, but an experienced attorney should be able to help you avoid them. This is a four point ticket and would probably negatively affect your insurance rates if you are convicted.
