Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I received a speeding ticket for going 61 in a 40 mph. I have no other issues on my driving record. What will happen? How many points, etc? I was in Eatontown, NJ

This is a four point ticket and would probably negatively affect your insurance rates if you are convicted. There are ways to minimize the points and possibly even beat the charge depending upon the circumstances of the case. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail.
