As Mr. Moore said, I suggest you call an attorney and speak with him/her about it. I'm sure you will get buried in letters from attorneys within a few days. 732/773/2768

I would need to know more information before I could give you a full answer. Depending upon the speed you were charged with and your driving history you may be able to get this changed to a zero point ticket. Please contact my office for a free consultation to discuss your case in more detail. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

not to beat a dead horse, it would depend on a few things such as the speed that your were alleged to have been traveling over the posted limit, as well as your driving record. If your driving record is relatively good or you have never received a summons, that helps immensely. How fast your were traveling would determine how many points you are facing 2, 4 or even higher, However, regardless of whether you are looking to hire an attorney or not you need to at least call the Court, plead not guilty and schedule a Court date. Generally, it often pays to seek an attorney's help in most situations but that is your decision to make. feel free to call should you have questions (201)-342-5030
