Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
i received a ticket for failure to observe signal. i was stopped at a red light. i then thought i saw the color change and drove off. i got pulled over/ got ticket. the court date is wrong. the year says 09. is this a technicality that's grounds for dismissal?
