Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I recently bought a vehicle in NJ and got it insured. While I was driving to CT to get it registered I was given a ticket by COP. The vehicle at that time is insured and also I have valid insurance and driving license too. The ticket was for driving a unregistered vehicle. The cop wanted me to come to the court tomorrow. But I am right now away form NJ. I would like pay the penalty without going to the court. Please let me know any possibility.

All New Jersey traffic summonses have the name of the municipal court and its telephone number on the back. Call the court and explain your problem.
