Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I recieved a traffice ticket in paterson, NJ for unlicensed driver & tinted windows. The officer informed me that he would have the ticket for the tinted windows thrown out. I never had a license. But would like to know what lesser violation can I plead out to which will give me a lower fine to pay?

If you never had a license then there is nothing that can be done with that ticket, unless, maybe, if you do get your license before the court date the prosecutor may agree to dismiss that ticket.
