Return of Bail Posted
After appearance, how long does the court have to return funds posted for bail?

Well first you have to make sure the case is finished, i.e. you entered to guilty plea to something or the case is dismissed. If you have to pay fines, you can use the bail to pay the fines. Otherwise, you need to inform the court that you want your money back and then they will set it up with you. They usually mail you a check and the length of time depends on the court. Just ask them how long it takes.
