seatbelt laws
is there any laws that state how a seatbelt should be worn. I was pulled over because the police could not see my seatbelt because I place the shoulder strap under my armpit because it irritates my neck. thank you

Were you given a ticket? They make special pads that you can place over your seatbelt to prevent the irritation.
