Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Seeking an Attorney for Traffic Law NJ/PA
I have experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford a lawyer. I was wondering if there would be any lawyers available who specialize in cases like these that could assist or know someone to assist. I have to appear in court on Tuesday to just let the court know if I have a sought legal counsel or not. I was given a ticket for careless driving and there were personal injury. Accident took place in NJ and I am from Philadelphia. Thank you.

How do you know you cannot afford an attorney? This is a rather minor offense so I'm sure the fees would be low. If you cannot afford an attorney, how would you pay the fines?
