NJSA 39:4-97.2 Driving in an unsafe manner. No points, but with fines ranging between $50 and $500 depending on whether it is 1st, 2nd or 3rd offense. Most prosecutors will offer this as a "plea bargain". Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me.
