Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Speeding 67 in 55
Got pulled over doing the above.
NJ gives you 2 unsafe driving tickets per 5 years. Already have that fulfilled. What are my options? Requesting a discovery and going to trial? Just taking the points?
