Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
speeding
I recieved a ticket today for speeding.
The summons was for doing 79 in a
40mph zone on Rt 1 in North
Brunswick, NJ. The officer also
checked the construction zone and safe
corridor box. There was no
construction and the posted speed
limit is 50mph. What are my options?

Re: speeding
79 mph in a 50 mph zone does nothing for you. Hire an attorney.
Call me if you like.

Re: speeding
First, take photographs of the area where you got the ticket to show the speed limit being fifty miles per hour and also no construction being done in the area. Then call my office to discuss your options.I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
