Speeding ticket after the cop cut me off!!!!!

I recieved a 78 in a 50, in a safe corridor (fines doubled) but the officer was parked facing head on with traffic with all of his lights off, i was traveling in the right lane, when i was around 50-75 yards away, he turned on his headlights and began pulling onto the highway, being startled because i didnt even see a car there and all the sudden almost going head on with head lights, i slammed on the brakes and swerved into the middle lane so i didnt crash into him! then he drove along me for a while, and pulled me over giving me a speeding ticket. I was honestly doing about 60-65....still speeding, but not almost 80! I dont belive he had a chance to get me on radar, because he was cutting into the highway before i even passed him. what can i do?

The speed can be reduced to the speed you were actually traveling or perhaps to a no point violation, but

a no point violation costs more than

$400.00 in fines, court cost and state

surcharge.
