Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Speeding ticket

I received a speeding ticket today doing 96 in a 55 in NJ on I-95 near exit 14. I need to find an attorney that can lower the offense to something that will not get points on my record. Thanks

Re: Speeding ticket

Please contact me or another lawyer to discuss your case. If the speed you are charged with is accurate, your concern should not be zero points, but avoiding a license suspension.

Re: Speeding ticket

Good luck. With that type of speed, you'll be lucky to keep your DL. I'd be happy to help you and really fight for you, but I will never promise you I can do something like that because there is no way I can ever be sure that you will get a no point ticket or win the whole case. Any lawyer that tells you otherwise cannot be telling you the truth.

Re: Speeding ticket

This is an extremely fast speed and if they have the evidence to show that you were really going that fast then the police and prosecutor can convict you of this. If they don't have the evidence to convict you then I could get the ticket dismissed. If they do have the evidence and you are willing to accept a plea bargain for a lower speed and fewer points, I can help you with that also. My office is very close to exit 14, so I am familiar with the area and court where you got the ticket. I am an attorney who has handled very many cases similar to yours in various courts thro0ughout NJ in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
