Speeding tiket with provisonal license

was going 83 mph in a 55 zone how much will i pay as the ticket? and do i have to bring a parent?

You don't need to bring a parent, and the fine can be around $200.00. You are looking at a four point ticket, so my advice is to go to court and speak with the prosecutor. He may agree to reduce the number of points on the ticket for you. You can call me if you wold like to talk about your case in more detail. You should really have an attorney. Your parent really should be there if you are under 18.
