Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I was speeding in town A and was issued a ticket by an officer from town A. However, the officer was parked in town B (just over the border between the towns) when he clocked me speeding in town A with his radar. He then stopped me when I was in town B and issued me a ticket. Is he allowed to work outside of his town in this manner?
