Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Is there statute in N.J. not allowing a city to make a profit on parking revenues ?
I know they are allowed to cover there actual costs of running a parking org.
I know that other states have this law

I know of no statutes prohibiting any NJ entity from making a profit on anything. Our plates should be changed to "The tax it State"!
