Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Stop sign

I was sent a summons in the mail for stop sign. I had no idea of it. I was not even at the intersection where this violation apparentlytook place.

Re: Stop sign

This is a mystery case. Who says he or she saw you do what? How does the person who signed the ticket know it was you aside from your car's registration information?

Call me if you like, and I will discuss the case with you.

Re: Stop sign

If you didn't do it then you need to fight this charge. If you just pay this ticket then you will have two points on your license. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts in NJ in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
