Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
On street parking, what are the parking rules during heavy snow or inclement weather? Can you reserve the parking spot that you shovelled the snow off by placing objects so nobody can park?

I do not know of any law which allows someone to do that and if someone parks there after you have pulled away from the spot you have no personal claim to it.
