Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Suspended

I have several outstanding tickets for driving on the suspended. It all started with a bad check writing by someone else for an inspection ticket on my car while I was out of town. I was pulled over in 1991 and given a driving while suspended, again in 1992, 1993 and 1995. I tried to get the court to look into the matter of the check but it was so old they had trouble finding it. I need help and have limited funds to use.

Re: Suspended

Old traffic cases are often easily dismissed with the assistance of an attorney. It is a matter of having the cases scheduled and going to each court. You should expect to pay some fines, installments if necessary.

Call me so that we can discuss your problem further.

Re: Suspended

What exactly do you expect an attorney to do for you ten years after the fourth time you were caught driving while you were suspended, that is after you were told that you may not drive? I do not have any hope that you will open up ten year old convictions for driving suspended (I am assuming that you were convicted all four times).

I suggest that you NOT DRIVE WHILE SUSPENDED.

Please contact my office if you would like to make an appointment. Of course, I will charge you for my services, including a consultation. There may be some steps to cut down the amount of time that you will remain suspended, or cut down the amount of money you have to pay.

Re: Suspended

Depending on what the evidence the state can provide, if any, on these old tickets, there may be a chance to beat them. I recently beat a number of driving while suspended tickets for a client that were even older than the ones you describe. I would have to talk to you to discuss this in more detail, so please call me at 908-272-0111. There is never any charge for simply talking about a case with me. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
