If i got suspended for a parking ticket only why do i have to pay surcharge fee is there an amendment for being revoked before march 16, 2010 that you dont have to pay a surcharge i got suspended for parking ticket not paid on 03/07/10 that is before march 16, so why do i have to pay the surcharge

Your question is not so clear. Are you being assessed a surcharge from the NJ M V Commission. Did you get stopped and charged with Driving while suspended which resulted from the unpaid parking ticket? If the only thing your license was suspended for was a parking ticket you should pay it before going to court. Did you attempt to resolve your case in Court? Are the other things on your driving record? Do you have 6 or more points?
