Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Ticket Inacuracies
I received a speeding ticket (78 in a 50 mph zone). The officer was sitting on the downside shoulder of a bridge with his radar vantage point of the peak of the bridge. He put on the ticket under the ''location'' section a cross street that is a minimum of 0.7 miles behind where the alleged offence took place.
My question is, if there is an inacurate statement made on the ticket, is that reason in and of itself for the ticked to be dismissed?
