Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Ticket Through Mail
I was driving on open road, all of a sudden i saw a crown victoria catch up to me, thought it might have been a undercover cop, he tailgated me for a half a mile, then when i turned off road he kept on going straight. If it was a cop and he was following me to see what my speed was, what is the law in regards to receiving a ticket by mail or any other things that they may dream up?

Re: Ticket Through Mail
Apparently, you have received a ticket in the mail, yet. Worry about it if it happens.

If you got a ticket, call an attorney to discuss it and let him or her worry about the law.
