Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

ticket

I received a ticket for displaying a fraudulent inspection sticker.I do not have a receipt for the inspection as it was over a year ago.

what are the penalties for this offense and how do I defend myself in court for this.

You should hire an attorney. The penalties are very stiff including at leaat losing your license for a year and an enormous file.
