ticket for going wrong way on one way street
i live on 1 way street. could not get to my house because pseg had road blocked off with cones for repair work being done. i entered from opposite way and was issued a ticket for going wrong way on one way street. should i have been issued this ticket.

I would talk to the prosecutor. If your street is still blocked off, take some pictures.
