Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
First ticket in 5 years. Saw a parking spot on other side of street and did a u-turn--Clear visibility and no on-coming traffic. However, got a ticket for 39.4-123 which is unlawful left hand turn......Ticket clearly states improper u-turn. Options???

If there were no sign banning u-turns and there was no traffic, what could be the infraction?
Call me if you like.
It sounds like you might have a ticket for something you didn't do. You may be able to beat the ticket or at least get 0 points so your insurance won't go up.
I can help.

You can take the case to trial and probably win it on the grounds that you did not commit the offense you are charged with. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
