Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Tickets i received
I received tickets via mail for careless driving and failure to use turn signal from a transit officer on an us interstate without being pulled over. Is this possible?

Re: Tickets i received
Yes, doesn't happen a lot but it does happen. The owner is presumed to be the driver.
These are not the most serious tickets in the world, but you are looking at points. May want to at least speak to an attorney before doing anything.
My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
Re: Tickets i received
You know it is possible because you received the tickets. The question is whether there is sufficient proof that you were the driver when your vehicle was not stopped.
Call me if you like.
