Since you didn't actually ask a question, I'm going to figure you want some general guidance about your situation. The tickets that you received are tickets that could result in points that could make your insurance go up. You indicate that the tickets are from North Arlington, I have had good experiences with the prosecutor and judge there. I expect that it is possible to get the tickets reduced to something that will not give you any points. Give me a call if you want to discuss it further 877/688/3879.
Each case is unique so I would have to see the evidence in your case before I could give you a definite answer about how I would propose to proceed on your case. Please call me if you would like to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

It would help if you could be a little more specific. Both tickets carry points and I could help you avoid them. obviously points would effect your insurance. Is there more to the story with respect to the search. Please feel free to call me as I would be happy to discuss it with you. I never charge a fee to speak with someone about their case.
