Can a cop pull you over in nj and asked can you roll your window up to see if you have tints on your diver and passenger windows. Should I fight the ticket; the stop was in trenton nj by an lawrenceville nj cop.

An officer must have a legitimate reason to stop you. The ticket you received is a no point ticket. You have to way the cost of the ticket against the cost in time and money to fight the ticket.
