Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Towing
This past weekend our car was towed from our apartment complex parking lot. The reason given was no parking sticker was displayed on windshield or rear view mirror. After careful examination of ticket, no time of day is listed on ticket as well as date of towing is incorrect. If i pursue legal recourse on this, can i have this thrown out of court and be reimbursed for at least one day of storage?

Re: Towing
If the only thing missing from the ticket is the time of day/incorrect date, you are not going to get the complaint dismissed. Rule 7:2-5 allows the court to correct certain technical defects (such as an incorrect date).
