Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
traffic accident
will a lawsuit against my husband resulting from a traffic accident that was not his fault effect the approval and processing of refinancing our home. we refinancing to payoff debt and get cash out for home improvement. the case is going to non-binding arbitration in the next week or so.

As long as there is no judgment, it will not affect your refinancing. Your insurance company should be providing a defense for you.
