Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

traffic law in nj

i ran a stop sign at a shoping mall in nj-i got 2 tickets, running a stop sign-phone and talking on the cell phone- it's 2 points for the stop sign- is that stop sign a legal requirement on the the grounds of a shopping mall?

should i just pay it?

I never suggest just paying before without first speaking to an attorney. You may not need one but I don't think you will win any legal arguments without one.
