Traffic Lights
Is there an NJ official count of traffic lights that must be facing the driver to have an approved traffic intersection. And if so, can one be ticketed for going thru a red light if the intersection does not have the required amount of lights.

If a traffic light or sign is not approve by the state department of transportation there no offense if one ignores it.
