Re: traffic questions

Anywhere from 3 months to a year for a first offense driving while intoxicated, 2 years for a second offense, and 10 years for a thrid or greater offense. I am an atorney who has handled many DWI cases in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me about this. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: traffic questions

It depends upon the offense number such as first, second or 3d---also on the first for a BAC reading between .08 & .099999---it's three months from .10 reading and up it's seven to 12 month loss of driving privileges. Second offense two year--third ten years. Good luck --see a lawyer for further details and enhancements possible.

Re: traffic questions

It all depends on whether this is your first, second or third offense, but I assume that anyone who would ask the question is a first offender.

You can lose your license for three months up to one year as a first offender, depending on a number of facts. You need to TALK to an attorney.

Call me if you like.
