Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Traffic tickets
Hello,

My license been revoked.I had a FL license for 10 yrs.well in Feb.03 I went to renew my license and NJ said I couldnt have one.well I called NJ motorvehicle and they said I had 5 outstanding tickets.3 of them were in Monmoth co.and 2 were in Woodbridge, well Monmoth Co sent me copies of the tic and i went to court threw the mail and loss my license for a yr.Well Woodbridge wont produce me any documents on the subject.They want me to say i--name removed--guilty and have it notorize and send it in,well I dont thinkthats right.These tic are from ''85''I was wondering, isnt there a staue of limitation on tic? well thank you for your time and any output on this matter sure would be great.
