can the following violations carry jail time 39:4-97,39:3-4,39:3-40,39:4-88A,39:4-51B39:3-68,39:3-76.2F,if so how much time?

Yes and it depends on your record. I strongly suggest you get an attorney for this. I doubt a judge would even let you go it alone.

N.J.S.A. 39:3-40 makes it an offense to operate a motor vehicle while one's driver's license is suspended

and provides for a possible jail sentence. Usually a jail sentence is not imposed unless it is your second or third offense. A jail sentence, if imposed, is usually ten days, but where there is bodily injury in an accident the jail sentence is 45 days.
