Is my wife in jeopardy if I am stopped and issued a ticket for driving with a susspended licence with a car owned, registered, and insured by her in New Jersey.

Yes, just had a client with the same situation. They could write her a ticket for allowing you to drive her car and she can get your DL suspended. Thus, I suggest you both get an attorney.

She could be charged with allowing an unlicensed or suspended driver to operate her vehicle and suffer the same penalty.
