Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

my truck is registered as a passanger vehicle , I went to my friends house with my truck and trailer to cut his lawn as a favor and ran into one of those spot check sites , the officer asked me if I had a business name , and I told him c&n landscaping , but this is a name I was thinking of if I went into business ...I am not a business as of yet ...I have nothing set up ...but because I had two lawn mowers , a back pack blower , a weedeater and some hand tools on the trailer I guess it looked like a commercial vehicle but it's not , I'm not a business ...anyway I was just doing a friend a favor . I was issued a ticket ..39:3-8.1 for improper registration commercial vehicle / c&n landscaping and have to go to court ...I'm pleading not guilty . whats the worst or the best outcome.

I suggest you retain an attorney. You have some explaining to do. You lied to a police officer and there are criminal consequences in not telling the truth.
