Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
No Turns in Newark?
I recently got a ticket for ''No Turns'' when I was turning right on Broad Street and Market Street in Newark! The cop said it was an illegal turn.
I had no idea, but I also got 3 points. I have a NC license but I can go to the court if necessary! My main concern is removing the point without a lot of charge? Any suggestions - Can i plea not guilty
