Why not get an attorney and work to avoid all of that in the first place? Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.

It depends on why you were suspended in the first place. If it is for points or surcharges for example, on a first offense the fine is $500.00 and anywhere from one day to a six month loss of your driver's license, there is no mandatory jail time on a first offense. An attorney can usually work out a much better deal than what you are stating. Your surcharges need to be paid up before you go to Court, if that is why you were suspended. feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss it further. If you were suspended and were involved in an accident where someone else was injured that is where is a suspended driver could be looking at 45 to 90 days in jail. You need to provide more information. Again feel free to contact me with any questions
