unfair ticket

I was given 3 ticket april 2003. i was driving with 4 passengers one in the front and three in the back.i was stopped very rude by an officer, i asked him why he was stopping me if i was driving appropiately, he approached very rudely to me and said to me immediately give him my id's or things will get worst, while this was happening the officer continuously was flashing the flashlight on my face.He again approached rude to me and asked for my id's. very rudely asked everyone to get out of the car.i was stopped not because of reckless driving but because the passengers in my car appeared to be dressing in appropiately, stereotype?Lucky for the police my insurance was expired. My license and registration were up to date.I not only was given one ticket,but another ticket for having a rosary in my front mirror and another ticket for not having the sticker on the car's license plate. eventhough i was accused unfairly i believe it's unfair to stop a car just because of the way passengers are dressed,that would be considered racism. This occured around 11pm and to make things worst my car was towed and we were left walking.how can abusive can officers get?

It is not proper for a police officer to pull your car over because of the appearance of a passenger. I would suspect that the officer will indicate that there was some infraction of the motor vehicle code as the basis for the stop.

If you were stopped unreasonably the information obtained as a consequence can be suppressed by way of a motion filed with the court and disposed of by way of testimony. If you mean to indicate your car was uninsured that is a serious charge which has a penalty, among others, of a one year loss of license as a first offender.

I really do not understand your indignation. By your own admission, you had failed to put the sticker on the license plate. This alone gave the officer probable cause to stop your vehicle. Thereafter, it was discovered that you were driving without insurance, in that your insurance had expired and your were driving with a possible obstruction to your view (the rosary in your front mirror). You are facing the loss of your license for one year due to your negligence in not having insurance. Start taking responsibility for your own actions. Get real and get a lawyer. Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion. Further, no one can rely on advice from an attorney who has not been retained. Since it appears that you have not retained an attorney, you may want to contact an attorney (either me or someone else) to discuss your matter in more detail.
