Private property means your private property. Driving without insurance on mall property is unlawful. Get a lawyer because you are facing a year or more without a driving license or the ability to obtain one. I have th feeling that you are not telling everything. No license where you were previously licensed is a fine. No license where you were never licensed to drive means six months during which you can not apply for a driving license.

As Mr. Moore said, you are facing some very serious charges. In fact, you are facing a larger suspension then if you had a DWI charge. Thus, I suggest you get a good attorney to fight all of this since it will not be an easy road for you. In fact, you may have to wind up appealing your case even if the law and/or facts are on your side because of the nature of the charges and the fact that it resulted in an accident. It may be tough for a judge to see the facts/law in your favor.
