Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Unpaid speeding ticket

My husband, an Ohio resident, got a speeding ticket in NJ last spring. He has not paid it and I checked on the NJMCDIRECT website there is a warrant for his arrest. Is there any way he can pay the ticket/fine and not appear in court?

Re: Unpaid speeding ticket

If you hire a New Jersey based lawyer this matter can be handled by affidavit with the attorney appearing in court and your husband not haveing to appear in court. I do this on a regular basis, representing out of state residents by affidavit in various New Jersey traffic courts. Please contact me about this as soon as possible. If your husband gets pulled over for any reason in Ohio, then the New Jersey arrest warrant will pop up in the computer and he can be arrested in Ohio for the NJ warrant. Please contact me the week of February 12 to discuss fixing up this problem. Thank you.
