un-registered vehicle in my driveway in BARNEGAT,NJ

Can an unregistered vehicle in my driveway in BARNEGAT,NJ be considered abandoned ? Does it need to be registered even if it's stationary?

An abandoned vehicle, according to the law which governs same, is one left on or along side of a

highway. That would not be your situation.

Call me if you like. You should take this ticket quite seriously because for a first offender the penalty is up to two years loss of driving privileges and for a second or subsequent offense the penalty is up to five years loss of license.
