my girlfriend lost her license, when puled over she said she was her sister , what's the penalty looking like

It is difficult to answer your question without the statute numbers of the charges filed against her. I understand that by "lost her license" that

you mean that her license was suspended, not actually misplaced. Driving while driving privileges are suspended is up to a six month suspension of driving privileges, unless the suspension is for dwi, in which case the penalties are much more. Giving false information to a police officer can be a criminal

offense, but it is a matter of degree and you have not provided the statute number and the language of the criminal complaint.

Giving false informaton to a police officer is a violation of the criminal code, so your girlfriend is potentially looking at heavy fines and maybe even some jail time. As Mr. Moore said, we need more information (no pun intended). The big issue is that giving false information is a criminal offense and she should really get an attorney ASAP to help her with this. It has gone beyond a simple ticket.
