Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
wrong date of offense on summons. state trooper wrote 12/23/12 instaed of 02/23/12. signed and dated it. just found out court ammended the wrong date which means I most likely cannot use it to my defense.

You would not have been able to use it as a defense anyway, it was a technical error, it is obvious that the officer wrote 12 by mistake, what is the offense that you were cited for?
