Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Took Wrong U Turn using daycare center parking

I have taken a U turn where the No U turn sign posted. I only realize when pulled into the driveway and later realize its a day care. When I was coming back a cop was standing in the front of parking entrance and took my license plate picture. Any idean what he is gtoing to do? Please advise.

He would not take a photograph for no reason. You probably receive a traffic summons in the mail
