Re: va claim denied

If you have an independent doctor's report saying the brain tumor was caused by being knocked to the ground ten years ago, then you may have a claim. I have never heard of a brain tumor being caused by a traumatic injury, so that is probably also why the VA denied your claim. Also, did you go for medical care when you were knocked to the ground ten years ago? Did you suffer any broken bones, or herniated discs or anything like that? If you didn't there may not have been any records to lose. If you are able to get an independent doctor's report please contact me. Please also remember that there are time limits for filing an appeal to the denial of your claim.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
